Multi level including recruiter, manager, regional manager. First a high level review of resume, second a behavioral review, and finally a mixture of the first two and additionally a performance review.

Situational interviews- multiple levels, no panel interviews. Interview with recruiter, then hiring manager, then other district managers on individual one on one interviews, then one or more district territory colleagues, then regional business manager. There are lots of interviews, but the company is worth interviewing for.

The interview included star questions. I had to interview with at least 4 people before I got the job. They have many situational questions you need to answer. Also, they asked behavioral questions
