Great people, who care about helping people, great pay and benefits
Cons
Forced distribution performance evaluation process. Too many layers, leadership always in flux, too many interpretations that they conflict and cause conflict that runs through the whole organization. many good people leaving due to a few top folks who are creating a hostile environment
