      Great people, who care about helping people, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Forced distribution performance evaluation process. Too many layers, leadership always in flux, too many interpretations that they conflict and cause conflict that runs through the whole organization. many good people leaving due to a few top folks who are creating a hostile environment

      Good experience to learn as a process engineer. Exposed to a lot of different departments at an early stage.

      A lot of paperwork and sometimes the practises are behind the times compared to other sites.
