Initial phone screen with HR followed by two-person interview lasting approx. 60 minutes. After introductions, the questions were a mix of role-related and behavioral. Be patient here folks! HR responded with some follow-up items after about 4 weeks. Based on my screening experience (both HR and the group), I believe BMS would be an outstanding company to work for.
