Had an initial 30 min phone screening and was told I would get a call back soon from the recruiting team. Setup a call with the recruiting team (senior scientist level staff) and had 1 hour phone call with them. I told them about my academic career so far, the techniques I knew, ect. Then they asked me about my research and tried to understand reasoning behind experiments I performed. Was told I would hear back from them in a week. I contacted them and the HR team at BMS who initially set up my interview after 2 weeks and never heard back from them. I emailed 2 more times over the next week and still did not hear back. I got ghosted after spending 1.5 hours talking with them and eventually got an automatic reply that they found someone more qualitied after 5 months.
