Multiple interviewers on a single conference call (this was during COVID so probably not the norm). No site visit (also because of COVID). Interviewers were engaged and thoughtful in their questions and conversation.

Formal panel interview that lasted about an hour. First half hour discussed relevant experience, job expectations, and other information about the position and company. Second half of the interview were scenario based questions to determine how you have responded in the past to challenges or opportunities or how you would respond currently to a given situation.
