I had a short interview with the store manager. I was offered the job at the end of the interview. It was a Christmas temp role so they mainly just wanted someone who was hard working and good with customers.

A short chat. The interviewer was very inexperienced or unaware of the broader world and I wondered how they were in such a position - and I found later that the person who hired them was themselves of very limited breadth.
