First interview was great. The interviewer was helpful and nice. They gave me a scenario asking what what the process would be for someone with back pain. I was told all the scenarios I would be given would be identical to that one and prepare for that. I was given scenarios that weren't even related and about communication between you and the workers or managers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if a manager refused to give a step stool to someone that can't reach the shelves?
Three steps. Written, virtual with management, sometimes has third stage of additional written. Large internal pool for internal postings, competitive for promotions. Use to take a long time but ops leadership has greatly improved the process to make it much faster.
I interviewed at Briotix Health (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Had two virtual interviews and one written assessment. One with a recruiter and one panel interview. Straightforward and responsive during the interview process. It was the typical interview questions combined with behavioral and your work experiences.
