The interview process for entry-level positions was overly invasive and excessive with little reward once hired. There was a three-panel interview by people unrelated to the position and who asked unrelated questions.

Phone interview - standard questions. Follow up is an in-person interview where they also have you take an assessment test on a computer. Not sure why... Management style would not indicate these results are taken into account later during your employment. However, the fact that you take a test makes you leave feeling like they are perhaps a bit more legitimate than you initially believed.
