Brinker International interview questions

I applied online. The process took around 3-4 weeks. The first interview was okay. She was engaged and very animated and presented the company culture and benefits in a very appealing way. However, she lacked polish. She said a few odd things like the team is looking for "a baby unicorn" (kind of offensive for someone that has more experience than you asked for) and said I was "the first person smart enough" to turn her question regarding salary back around to her (you can think it but maybe don't say that out loud). Less than a week later I had the second interview. She started off the interview by saying we would get to my qualifications in a bit but she wanted to hear about my personal life. I have NEVER been asked about my personal life in an interview. Ever. And then, and here's the kicker, she followed that up with "like how many people are in your household". The rest of the interview was fine. It was pretty straight forward and easy but the beginning of the interview was a huge turn off. I got the rejection email 2 days later, which I wasn't too bummed about due to how both interviews, but especially the second one, went.
