Just like everyone else, I got a bad experience from the person who interviewed me. She was late to the phone screen, cancelled, rude, and unprofessional. Try emailing her. She’s unresponsive. Bad experience.

Interview
The interview process was quick and seamless. The executive recruiter I worked with was friendly and energetic, and very easy to work with. I went through four rounds of interviews: recruiter phone screen, hiring director, adjacent team director, and executive department head. I was able to provide interview times that were convenient for my schedule and the recruiter took care of everything else. Every team member I met with was excited and passionate about the company and its mission, which made me want to work for Brightspeed even more.
