Executive Recruiter was 10 minutes late, distracted, and repeating herself. Spent 10 minutes with me, really only covered that there were several roles that absolutely had to be filled no matter what. Barely asked about my experience.
Looks like the company has a great purpose, but your "Executive Recruiter" is going to scare away your candidates.

How fast can you work? How many job openings can you handle at once?
I had an incredible experience with Sheenah, the Executive Recruiter, from start to finish. Everyone I met with on the team was very professional and friendly. Sheenah was very communicative and I got an offer in about 1.5 weeks. She quickly gave me information I requested around benefits and provided me with transparent expectations I needed in order to move forward.
