I was asked to create a presentation without given the proper details. Then asked very specific details. It was a test to see how we would work under pressure.

Interview
The interview process was clear. There is an initial recruiter who I spoke with first. He then facilitated the rest of the interview process. They want you to speak to as many people as possible, for the benefit of both the employer as well as the prospective employee. I interviewed with 6 different people, 3 via skype, 3 via phone. Although Brightree is technically a "software" vender, the software is for a relatively "niche" industry, so be prepared to discuss any history or experience in the industry. The time frame from the initial call to offer was about 2 1/2 weeks.
