So far, I have just had the initial call with the recruiter. It seems a bit weird/ "off" at this point. The recruiter didn't tell me much about the position or what I would be doing. Nor did they ask me many questions about myself to see if I would be a good fit.

I set up a into phone call with a member of the HR team that I had found on linkedin. The call was simply started off by asking about myself and my experience. Then why I want to be in sales and what would make me a good fit for the role.

Nice interview with a nice interviewer. Tells you everything you need to know. Was happy when the call ended and felt satisfied and ready for the next round of interviews.
They just wanna know that you aren’t going to give up and want to make money. Management is very nice but it’s mostly based on drive and personality. The recruiter is supportive the entire process and will help you
