Online video interview with 7 or so questions that had to be answered in real time within a time limit. Multiple personality tests done online. Then on-site logic and math quizzes, group discussion, and an individual part.

Multiple rounds of interviews. Some were great while others seemed uninterested. I had a good relationship with the recruiter, but still felt very much like I was flying blind the entire time.

Group, culture, skills/technical. Group with 2/3 interviewers, rest are one on one. Be open an honest its okay to say I don't know but present your logic. Be sure BW is what you want before accepting.
