Initial phone interview with HR, followed by an in-person interview with members of the lending team.
The phone interview was more about fit, with very simple accounting questions ("What's a balance sheet? What are liabilities?").
The in-person interview was conducted by a panel from the lending team, but accounting questions were still very basic. Seems like the focus was more on fit, as analyst positions usually lead to client-facing roles. There's usually a lending manager present, along with a few relationship managers.
After a few weeks, I received an offer by phone.
