Os desafios foram razoavelmente simples para o tempo das entrevistas, diferente de outros processos que já participei com desafios muito complexos para pouco tempo. Uma das etapas precisou de 5 horas reservadas (3 horas para o desafio técnico). O desafio técnico foi adequado ao tempo alocado, mas passar 5 horas fazendo entrevista foi cansativo.

The interview process was split into 3 parts.
Screen (30min) -> Technical screen (1hr) -> Onsite: tech (3hr), values (1hr).
Both technical portions were very practical, working on building React Components / App

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Brex (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me.
Initial 30min - 1 hr call there to learn about Brex & the role.
Next round is 1 hour phone technical.
Final round flown out to SF for in person interviews. Pretty standard, 3 hr technical that mimicked what you would be doing on a day to day basis, which is better than white-boarding algorithms. 1 hour culture / values & lunch.
