I had one phone interview with my eventual manager followed by a half day interview on site with lunch. Very low-key. Very in depth conversation. Overall a fairly difficult process in terms of expectations but this isn't a bad thing.

Question 1
They asked about past experiences employment and academic-wise as well as how I work with a team.
I was asked 2 questions in a video interview with the hiring manager who proceeded to talk about himself and his previous bank employer and how negative his experience was over the course of an hour interview. I attempted multiple times to re-direct the conversation. Red flag.
