Interview
It was a virtual interview via Google with the hiring manager. This was initially a screening call and expanded to a formal interview. The hiring manager was very attentive and asked a lot of great questions. She also gave a brief yet comprehensive introduction of the company, which was very helpful.

Interview was a panel with HR and 2 other leaders. They weren’t sure what they wanted since it was a new position. They said they would get back to me within a couple days and it took weeks.
