Extremely long and drawn out recruiting and hiring process. It was unfortunately a quite painful experience to commit so much time to not get feedback at the end or an offer.
Did 1st round w recruiter it was great, 2nd round with the team I would be working on and was completely ghosted! I was actually surprised that I received a call back because it was a really popular position. After the 2nd interview, I didn’t receive anything else not even the typical “we’ve gone with a different candidate” email
