Took probably 3 months to get in front of managers from application to final interview. I went to career fairs to make sure I got an opportunity to speak to managers. Finally got an interview after speaking with the recruiter about 5 times, I guess I was stupid for thinking they actually wanted to hire me. When I went to the interview (They have a very nice office) I spoke to 3 managers who were more concerned about the weather outside and why the blinds in the meeting room were opened or closed. They clearly were not interested in me or the interview. Afterward, the recruiter lied right to my face. I received a call from the recruiter thanking me and telling me that they had already filled the positions for spring and summer. When she called I already knew I didn't get the position because I had already seen where she reposted the internship for the same spring/summer positions. Whether they filled all the positions then just interviewed to meet a quota, I don't know. I do know that that wasted my time and disrespected me. If there is not an opportunity for a position please don't waste anyones time. This is something to consider if you're currently in the interview process here.
