I had a phone interview for a creative content writing internship, which was scheduled via email. I never heard back from them regarding a second-round interview, so I can't speak to their entire process. I applied online, got the email about the interview a couple of months later, and scheduled the interview for the next week. I was told after the interview that I would hear back within a week or two regarding how to continue the process, but I never heard back.
