Interview
First, you attend an informational session.
Second, complete grade check (2.5), status with the university, resume, and cover letter.
Third, first round interviews (2:1) and carousel.
Fourth, second round interviews. 2:1
Fifth, Resident Advisor Class. You must obtain at least a C to continue.
The interview followed a multi step process of attending a information session about the position, a minimum gpa check, an online application and the interview was followed by a group presentation on a solution to a residence hall related issue.
The regular process interview is one on one with a hall director and current resident advisor. The next day or following weekend has a presentation portion where several resident advisor candidates are grouped together to provide a solution to a residence life related issue.
The quick-hire process involves a one on one interview with several hall directors.
