I applied online through Indeed and was contacted right away for a quick phone interview with the Controller, the next day I came in for an in-person interview and then I was offered the job and started the following Monday.

Interview
Informal discussion with the 4 owners, talking about what they do, what I've done and what I'm interested in. I don't remember any specific technical questions but I'm pretty sure they didn't even ask me to do any coding. A coworker at the time was a former employee of Boundary and they may have contacted him earlier.
