It was casual. I had a zoom interview with my supervisor. He told me what his expectations of hiring a postdoc. He asked me whether I get along well with people etc.

Everyone was through and polite. The staff where fun to talk with and showed me around the space. I was able to share my experiences openly. I met a majority of staff I would interact with there. It was an honest review and I enjoyed the chance to be interviewed.
