Interview
Very easy. One in person interview. Got a call a few days later saying I got the position. Was able to start working the following week after filling out paperwork.

How would you handle a difficult person approaching the front desk?
Standard interview questions. The interview was pre-pandemic and in person. consisted primarily of questions regarding schedule flexibility and work environment preference. The hiring manager inquired about my communication, customer service, and organization skills. The role required frequent documentation of information and was front facing clients.

Interview
Both interviewers were really friendly and patient, they asked standard interview questions, and both of them asked questions (since the position is responsible for doing two different kinds of tasks). The interview did not continue for that long, it ended after each of them asked three/four questions.

Tell us about a time when you need to work on multiple tasks
When starting the interview process, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. They asked very relevant questions and made the process and communication very easy. There was a lot of support throughout the process.
