Started with an initial phone call screening from someone in HR who talked to you about the role. Pretty generic questions (strengths, a weakness, describe yourself). It was not hard but some points were filled with awkward silences and when I jumped in with questions to try to break those silences I was told to wait. It was like she was thinking of the next question to ask or something. It seemed like this person was not the most experienced interviewer. Subsequently I met with a total of 6 total employees. The interviews were broken up with a few people each as I could not come in person to do one long day. Was ghosted following 6 different interviews, including one where I was asked with the same day notice.
