Interview
Two interviewers, 2 fit questions followed by a case. The whole process was very professional, however it was hard to connect with the interviewer within such a short time.

Question 1
Both cases were in healthcare, first was market entry and second was increasing profitability.
Unusual fit questions included "how do you deal with ambiguity", "what industry would you want to work in if you join BCG".
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
