I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Dubai)
Interview
I got to the final round of interviews at BCG Dubai. The first round was through video chat while the second was on site. The whole process until the final round had been very professional and smooth, however, once I got to the final round in Dubai, everything went sideways. My first interviewer was 45 minutes late. While other candidates began their process, I was left sitting in the interview room waiting. I had been told the whole process would take 1.5 hours but it ended up taking 3 hours due to the delay, and because they announced that I also had an online case, which I had not been informed about previously. Once the harrowing process was over, an HR employee approached me and told me they had heard positive things about my interviews, and that it should all go well. A few days later I receive an email that I had not gotten the job. Overall, it was awful being there in person and the professional process they had maintained throughout seemed to fall apart. Although the interviews themselves were not very difficult, everything surrounding them was.
