The director interviewed me over the phone. The entire process was done via phone and email, not in person. I received an offer via email then we negotiated on the phone before I accepted a new offer via email.

It was easy and smooth. The team manager was super nice and patient. He mainly asked my some general questions and then showed me around the office. He did not ask too many tricky questions on my background. He is very helpful on the job description
