I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital
Interview
I had an interview, and I was asked about my work history, professional skills and personal interests. In which areas are you interested? have you ever designed a case report form? have you ever written a proposal for a clinical trial? what kind of statistical tests are you familiar with?
I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital (Boston, MA)
Interview
Fairly simple, a phone screen and then an interview. Mostly basic qualification questions about research experience and why you wanted to work on the specific team you are interviewing for.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital in Jul 2022
Interview
They would reach out through email 1st for phone screening. If you go through that then they would arrange another interview. It's a little lengthy process but worth the time. You would get to learn through the process itself.

Interview
First spoke to someone in HR then had a 15 minute zoom with the research team. After the 15 minute zoom the manager came on the zoom and I continued to speak to him for an additional 30 minutes.
