Three Bosch human resources employees made a campus visit to interview potential Co-Ops. The on-campus interview was an hour long and covered the basic engineering logic questions. Within a couple days, Bosch made call backs for an on-site company visit in Anderson, SC. They set us up to go on brief interviews with five different departments within Bosch. The interviewees were engineers in that particular department and they were the ones who made the hiring decision.

Met with a representative from HR at the career fair. She was great, and gave her my information and she contacted me the same day. I then set up a phone interview where I spoke with 2 mangers, it was very conversational. They offered me a job the same day!
