No screening call or Team interview. They immediately request an on-site interview, go over the basics of the role, and do not mention anything about salary. There was not a lot of knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies on the interviewing panels side, and the team was relatively new. They provided a canned rejection email, and do not reply to emails requesting additional feedback. As a relatively new business with a lot of competition, they should be leaning on those more knowledgeable in methodologies that will actually help them, not focusing on getting someone in for the lowest salary.
In short, another company that does not respect your time or provide valuable feedback and is looking for the lowest bidder.
