Two rounds of on-campus interviews. Pretty casual ... about 45 minutes with each. I interviewed with one Buyer and one HR rep. Didn't really know a whole lot about the company, and that seemed to be okay. They do appear to be looking for people that are excited to be interviewing.

Received interview invitation from on campus recruiting. Went to the pre-night and asked some questions, but not really important.
The interview was pretty casual, typical behavioral questions.
Asked about what you see yourself in 5 years, what the most desired workplace would be like, and also asked to rank bon-ton store from 1-10 10 being the highest.
