Intro call with recruiter, they would like you to make a video introduction about yourself. First interview is a 2 hour grilling on your past. Didn't make it past this. 0 technical questions were asked.

Submitted a video cover letter with application and resume. Scheduled a 30 minute phone interview, went over details of the position, compensation, etc. Lastly for me was an 1.5 hour Zoom interview. Had that gone well and I had received a job offer, I believe background check and references would have followed.
