Panel of 2 park ranger and staff. interview took 30 mins it was held in the seal beach headquarters. i picked the earliest time to get a interview which was a 10 AM. Asked you a bunch of situational customer scenarios on how well you can deal with customers and asked you about past experiences of customer service. basic math problems.
