Awesome. Great experience...best interview ever. They rock. Would recommend to anyone who wants to teach in Texas. Give it a shot...you won't regret it. Best school district in Texas and I believe that is probably common knowledge to those in the know.

Remember that they are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and building relationships with students. It is important to be energized and upbeat.

-If we walk into your classroom what would we see?

4 people asking questions; some standard while 1 out of the set were a "gotcha" question. While they did try to ease into it, some of the questions could get quite pointed and oddly enough the hardest question was the last question asked--which is a first in all my years of experience.
