The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Huntington Beach, CA) in Apr 2011
Interview
Had a behavioral based phone interview consisting of 5 questions. They were pretty tough based on my previous behavioral based interviews. Prepare yourself with practice questions online.
I got accepted to the second round of interviews and the first half of the day in HB I toured the facility then in the afternoon I had a 1 on 1 with 3 different managers/director. The 1 on 1's were very informal and they just wanted to get to know me better.
Overall, it was a great experience.

Question 1
Name a time where you had to be a team player and how were you effective in the situation.
First round was a basic screening with an HR rep. I was invited to an on-site round with the Hiring Manager, another manager, and the lead. I don't remember the questions, but I remember that they were not hard. The interview was relatively easy. I received an offer, accepted, and worked there for about 2 years.
Interviewed with multiple people at once. Was overall a positive experience. Lots of follow up questions were asked -it felt like the interviewers were genuinely interested in getting to know you
There were three rounds of interviews with recruiter and managers followed by one final interview with executives. No assignments or briefings required as part of interviews. Overall process was around a month.
