Interesting interview process— the initial interview round was a behavioral/culture fit type interview and didn’t seem to mind that I had never worked with Java before. I would have been leading a team that was based in India.

Various generic enough MBA-type questions that sounded like they had been crafted by Deloitte or some HR consulting company.

Initial interview was by the recruiter who told me the process and the salary range. It was followed by tech interview. The tech interview was mix of technical questions, past experience, and logic.

Common SQL Statement questions and the problems that I faced in my job.
Interview with HR and a panel interview with team members and management. Questions were mostly behavioral questions around past experience and project work and how it relates to the team and the work they do.
