Had an over the phone behavioral style interview where I talked about my experience. It was the morning after I put in my application, and the hiring process began almost immediately thereafter.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Boeing (Richmond, BC)

1 hour interview. With behaviour questions and technical questions. Asked about some project that I worked on and for the techical portion asked what is wrong with this java code or how will you restructure

I had to do multiple brain-teaser-esque style questions like doing addition quickly and some patter matching stuff. Then I had to record some answers to questions and submit them. Did not talk with a person at all.
