I have three rounds of interview. the first round is conducted by my HR, the second round by my team, the third round is a panel interview. It took around three weeks to go through the interview process and hear back from them.

Why Boeing and what company initiatives are you most excited for?
For an intership, just a baisc 45 min behavorial with team, they give you 4 questions, such as a time you worked with data, and how you incorporate diversity in you work.

Interview
Interviews at Boeing follow a STAR process. Situation, Task or Action, and Result. You are usually asked 4-5 questions, and are usually derived from the bullet points in the job req. You are asked to describe a situation you've been in, what your actions were to solve the situation and the results of your actions. It's never more than an hour and there are usually 5-8 candidates that are asked to come in for each req. The process can take over 3 months from the time you apply to the time you get a job offer.
