I just made it past the initial online screening assessment. It was a 5 question Hire Vue where I recorded myself answering 5 different situational/behavioral questions. 3 attempts per question. At the end of these, I also had to complete some interactive games related to math, puzzles, and image selections.

Interview
Currently a senior in college. My resume was pulled after I scanned a QR code for a campus event and got an email for a 15 minute screening. Was very casual and the only question asked was "Why Boeing?" Currently waiting to hear back from them.
The interview process consisted of a phone call with two interviewers. I was asked to tell them about myself and answer a few questions. This was the first [phase of the interview process.
