The overall process took about eight weeks from start to finish. The background check was the longest part and took about 3 1/2 weeks. The interview was a standard structured interview, with predefined questions.

Two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with an HR member and the team leads. Starts off with generic questions, to work experience, followed by specific examples of work done and situations.
