I have applied to Boeing online numerous time but received only one interview (for an internship) so far. In reading up tips online, I continuous revised and enhanced my resume in order to get a full time position. About two weeks after applied I received a call for a phone interview on Sat. It was two individual who were nice and cordial.

Technical questions was focused more on solid mechanics, structures and basic aircraft parts. Knowing CATIA software is an added advantage. Thoroughly know your projects because they like to dive deeper and ask questions related to the same.

Interview
No technical questions asked.
They are super focused and live and die on the STAR questions.
No test required. Not even sure if they’re allowed to ask anything outside of the STAR questions

2. Provide an example of a time you performed technical analysis and how did you confirm it was correct
3. Provide an example of when you had to prioritize to meet a deadline.
4. Explain a time you came across a technical challenge you could not solve
5. Explain a time you had to explain technical things to non technical people
The interview was scheduled a few weeks in advance. I interviewed with two managers in the department over teams. Both were nice and easy to talk to during the interview.
