Interview
They did an informal phone screen, then an official interview. Boeing likes their non-traditional interview questions that are a bit odd. They don't seem heavily concerned with your technical experience, rather they want to know how politically correct you can make your answers. The interviewers were very polite and friendly. I was surprised that they ghosted me afterwards, I did not expect that from Boeing.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you were able to use diversity to solve a problem.
Mostly questions on how you handled experiences like failure in processes, or the project you think showed off your expertise most. There were no technical questions at all, but this is for a entry level position.
45 minute interview with two managers where you must answer questions regarding how you would act in certain scenarios using the STAR method. You will also need to describe your resume/career history.

quick teams interview with 3 of the hiring managers, very straightforward. no camera needed but introductions were made and then they asked three non technical questions about previous work and basic work scenarios
