Interview
I went through the EAHI program. I spoke with reps at a career fair on Tuesday and applied online later that day, received a call to schedule interview on Wednesday, interviewed with panel of 3 engineers on Friday, and received a phone call offering me a position Friday night. A few weeks later, I flew to Seattle for a matching event with managers where I was able to choose my specific position/team and was given a formal offer.

Typical STAR, just read other glassdoor submissions. No technical aspect, 100% behavioral. They will prompt you further if you miss an aspect of the STAR response.

Interview
Currently a senior in college. My resume was pulled after I scanned a QR code for a campus event and got an email for a 15 minute screening. Was very casual and the only question asked was "Why Boeing?" Currently waiting to hear back from them.
The interview process consisted of a phone call with two interviewers. I was asked to tell them about myself and answer a few questions. This was the first [phase of the interview process.
