They ask situational questions - standard ones from a list. They are all pretty general, asking you to name a time when you ran into a conflict, how to addressed the issue, what was the resolution, and what was the end result.

Received email from recruiter to set up a call. I was asked my salary range then the following day was contacted by the manager through email for an in person interview. Interview was with 2 managers and 1 HR. I was asked 5 questions in total. Never heard back from them after a month and then received an email that I wasn’t considered.
