Interview
Met with a recruiter at my universities job fair and he was told me about an accelerated hiring process that they were in town for and told me to expect a call either that night or the next morning requesting an interview. I scheduled my interview the next morning. I sat with 3 people giving the interview and they asked 5 questions relating to my specific engineering experiences. Interview took about 1 hour.
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
