I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
Fairly straight forward. Mostly behavioral a couple of Job qualifications. Pretty low key 3 people on the phone with me and they took turns. only 7 Questions but the interview took about 1 hr. They were very nice and open to my questions that I had about the process. Study the STAR technique before the interview this will save you a lot of time thinking about your answers. I had my life experiences written down and would check them off as I went through them so I wouldn't repeat myself. I hope you find this helpful in your job hunt.

Interview
I received a email inviting me to complete a preliminary questionnaire. I was moved forward. The next step in the process was a panel interview. There were many behavior questions. Unfortunately it took over four weeks for the rejection email.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were faced with a difficult situation in the workplace. How did you overcome it?
Overly structured, stiff interview process. Very little give and take between applicant and interviewer. Interview panel was good, but also very little interaction. Sterile and challenging to get comfortable. A bit like an awkward first date.
