The interview process was easy. Store manager interviewed me, asked the typical questions "why do you want to work here? Strengths/weakness. Availability. Experience". Waited about a week, was asked to start as a sales associate because the new merchandiser position was not a set role yet. After working there about two weeks as a sales associate they asked if I wanted to be a manager. I said yes, stated the hours I'd be willing to work and they changed my pay and I started training.
