I interviewed with one of the directors of nursing and then I was given a tour of the hospital. Great experience and the interviewer embedded the questions into our conversation and made me feel comfortable.

Standard “tell me about a time when…” style questions. Option of either virtual or in-person interview due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There were two interviewers: the director for the unit and one of the nursing supervisors.
